Boston and Harvard Stadium welcomed the Lacrosse world back to New England for the 2008 NB ZIP MLL Lacrosse Championship Weekend.

 

Chameleon DG in partnership with Activate Sports & Entertainment, was called upon to produce a viral, e-marketing event promotion campaign that increases brand awareness for MLL Lacrosse, highlighting historic Boston, Massachusetts as the host city. CDG designed and produced an exciting, fan oriented micro-site that appealed to all audiences, taking advantage of the rise in popularity of the sport. The promotion featured a fast paced video teaser engaging the potential fan to be a part of the event. Stategically placed buttons provided a quick and easy next steps to buy tickets, plan the trip, and additional information on places of interest in the Boston area.

The result of the campaign was highly successful. Boston area merchants saw a spike in revenue and the attendance to the 2008 NB ZIP MLL Lacrosse Championship Weekend event soared.
